If you would like to permanently delete your Paradigm account and associated data, please submit a request using the email address below.

How to Request Deletion

• Email us from the address associated with your Paradigm account.
• Include your username and registered email address.
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

What Happens Next

• Your identity will be verified for security purposes.
• Your account and profile information will be permanently deleted.
• Associated live stream data, recorded content, chat messages, and reactions linked to your account will be removed.
• Deletion will be completed within 7 business days.

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance purposes. Any retained data will not be used for commercial purposes.

This process is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored.
